The Redcliffe Environmental Forum (REF) was established by a group of local residents in 2006 in order to raise awareness for the many environmentally sensitive issues confronting the Redcliffe and Moreton Bay region. In undertaking our key initiatives, REF works closely with many other like-minded community groups and local, state and commonwealth government organisations, in promoting environmental awareness and the principles of ecological sustainable development in the region. It is REF’s vision to provide a platform for community views to be developed and to ensure that development in Redcliffe and the Moreton Bay Region is conducted in an ecologically sustainable manner with the interests of future generations in mind.
